With the help of our Support Coordinators, we can offer assistance in accessing Supported Independent Living services. We can assist you to find a new place to call home and to receive the supports you need in your new home.
Long Term Accommodation
We can work with you to understand what type of housing you need, where you would like to live and who you would like to live with.
This includes working closely with your Support Coordinator to ensure that you have appropriate funding in your plan.
We can provide experienced staff up to 24 hours a day/7 days a week for personal care, healthcare and support to do the things you want to do at home. We aim to find the right home for you, with your own bedroom, fully furnished shared living areas and accessible outdoor spaces and gardens to enjoy.
We understand that the place you want to call home is very personal and we will respect the choices you want to make about the space that call home.
Assisting you to live independently in a great home is something we are passionate about.
Short Term Accommodation - Located at 66 Lyall Street
For short-term breaks, we also provide short to medium term accommodation in our Respite service.
